Mobile Notary Service
Here at Spiritual Garden Bath & Body LLC we're more than just great Products! I can Notarize also! Stop by my office or I can come to you.
The power of choice is yours!
There are huge advantages to bringing professional notarization services directly to your doorstep, 1) It saves you valuable time and hassle. 2) Instead of adjusting your busy schedule to find an available office, I travel to a location that works best for you—whether that is your home, office, a local coffee shop, or a healthcare facility.
Here are some Key Benefits of how my mobile notary service adds unparalleled convenience and flexibility to your important transactions:
Ultimate Convenience: Avoid traffic and long lines. I bring the notary office directly to you, fitting seamlessly into your day.
Flexible Scheduling: I offer extended hours outside standard business windows, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate your busy lifestyle.
Privacy & Comfort: Complete sensitive or private legal matters in the security of your own home or workplace rather than a public corporate setting.
On-Site Accuracy: Meeting at your location ensures all necessary parties, witnesses, and identification are present at once, minimizing delays.
Locations I Regularly Visit
Residential: Private homes, apartments, and retirement communities.
Corporate: Offices, co-working spaces, job sites, and corporate headquarters.
Care Facilities: Hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living centers.
Public Spaces: Coffee shops, banks, or local libraries.
To ensure a seamless transaction and prevent any delays, please review and complete the following steps before our scheduled meeting:
* Bring Valid Government-Issued Photo ID: Every signer must present an unexpired, original form of identification. Acceptable forms include a state driver’s license, state ID card, or a U.S. passport. The name on the ID must match the name on the document.
* Do Not Sign the Document in Advance: All documents must be signed directly in front of the notary. Please leave the signature lines blank until we meet. You may fill out all other fields on the paperwork prior to my arrival.
* Ensure All Signers Are Present: Anyone whose signature needs to be notarized must be physically present at the appointment with their own valid identification.
* Arrange for Witnesses If Required: Some documents (such as certain wills or powers of attorney) legally require additional witnesses to sign. Please check your document guidelines and ensure these witnesses are present with valid photo IDs.
* Know What You Are Signing: All signing parties must understand the contents of the document and be willing to sign it freely. A notary cannot proceed if a signer appears confused, disoriented, or coerced.
Know what your paying in advance.
